Fine Artists/Metro East General Release
In consideration of being given the opportunity to participate in the Visual Arts Display Program sponsored by the Arts Connection and administered by the Fine Artists/Metro East (also referred to as FAME), the undersigned hereby releases and discharges FAME and any of their representatives from any liability, claims and damages, whether by arising in equity or in law, and in particular arising from loss, damages or for any cause whatsoever by reason of use of the occupancy for the undersigned’s personal art displayed at the agreed locality.
