At this time, display periods are for two months.  Our group is growing.  New artists are excited to hang pictures.  We may be shortening display periods within 2007-2008 from two months to one month to accommodate all the artists wanting to display.

Allina Medical Clinic

Hours:  7 am to 10 pm Monday-Friday; Saturday 11 am to 6 pm; Sunday 11 am to 6 pm
Hanging System:  Walker; Approximate wall space:  entry 12 ft; hallway 20 ft

Special Instructions:  secure art well on hangers as people can bump into and knock off art, especially in entry seating area. (back to top)

Hartford Life

Hours:  By appointment only, totally secure building
75 ft accommodates large pictures, this venue is totally secure. It can accommodate two to three artists.
Special Instructions:  This building is totally secure.  Call ahead to arrange time to take down or put up art work.
At front desk you will need to be photographed for temporary identification card.  After getting identification, you
may go to dock and unload art from car to wheeled cart; there are maintenance workers who will help you.  Your art work
is then taken to hall where you place on walls.  They will give you a laser light for positioning the bottom of your pictures.
Hartford has rules about how low pictures may go and must be followed.  You may take as much time as you need for placement
of your pictures.  They can supply hammer and hangers.  The material on walls does not show previous nails from past hangings.

Health Partners

K & S Conservatory

Available wall space:  currently there is a lot of area to display, all wall space in hallways

Woodwinds

Special instructions:  Abigale is not on site and as a rule you do not have to contact her unless there is a problem.  The display space is in a hall between the hospital and clinics on the clinic side.  Walk into the general reception area, go behind the desk to the clinic side of building where you see the elevators, go down to bottom level, turn right.
